In-between clients, time to work on weaknesses! Anyone have tips on how to get better at this?
Sitting on a ball, looking more and more like a ball. But feeling great, besides an annoying seasonal cold. 😬🤷🏻♀️ Here’s a 33 week bump date: . . . Baby’s heart rate is great, she’s head down, still very active, and gets the hiccups so often! . . . My blood pressure is still okay. I have had an unusually low bp since I was a teen, but gets a little high during pregnancy. I’m on an aspirin regimen daily to help prevent preeclampsia. Braxton hicks contractions started early in the second trimester for me and have gotten to the point of waking me already, but is probably because my body has done his so many times and will be very well prepared and strong when the real thing hits. As long as they keep to less than 8 an hour we’re good. Lastly, I feel huge, but I have been measuring small at my last few visits and fell a little farther behind at my last one. It could be because I am fit and my core is tight, it could be baby’s very low position and the way I am carrying, or even just a perfectly healthy but petite baby. (I’ve never given birth to a baby any bigger than 5 or 6 lbs 🤷🏻♀️) We did a few tests, and will proceed with more if we don’t see some significant uterine growth in a couple weeks.
