They are great tools to increase explosive power, stability and mobility. Today’s workout is: Seated KB Press Works: Arms, shoulders, back, core Applications: Vertical loading builds strength of joints & ligaments, builds shoulders, core stability, helps toward more difficult seated presses i.e. Z press Set Up: Clean kettlebell(s) into rack position, then take a seat Tips: Sit with a proud chest and tight core. Pack weight onto lats. Explosive push up. Control weight down.
