When you're wanting to get a good night's sleep and the only way is to Don an eye mask. Good night world! 😴
Taking a HOLISTIC approach to health is an absolute must. 🙏 Caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. You can not have one without the other. What you put into your body will have a direct impact on how you feel, your energy, your mood and thus how you show up in this world. In the same way, if your emotions and thought patterns, your internal world is in chaos, it absolutely will impact how you choose to nourish yourself. Emotional eating and disordered eating. Both habits directly caused by internal conflict. Then there is the subject of spiritual health to consider also. 🙂 How are you approaching your health today?

It has been a while since I have said Hi and told you a bit more about me! My name is Natalie and I am a practising naturopath. I am also the owner of Naturological. Here are 5 things you may not know about me: 1. I have recently acquired a green thumb. My home has numerous fruit trees and I now have my own veggie and herb patch that I am loving looking after. Still working on the love of weeding but I do find it very therapeutic being out in the garden and I enjoy giving my boyfriend tours of our gardens and showing him all the changes. 2. Before I was a naturopath, I worked in the fashion industry in denim and knitwear. I still love the fashion industry and the great friends I made however naturopathy is where my heart lies. 3. I am a big lover of hopping in my car on the weekend and trying something new. Visiting a new country town, checking out a new market, a new walking track that I’ve just discovered or even testing out a new cafe I have heard great reviews of. Sometimes these new experiences don’t work out (I have a habit of getting the wrong market day or the cafe being closed!) but it is always an adventure and something new to experience. 4. I play indoor soccer in a mixed team. It can be a little rough but it is also lots of fun and something I never thought I would enjoy. There are a few occasional bruises and a few limps but always good for a laugh! 5. When I am driving around between consults I am usually listening to a naturopathy or true crime podcast, an audible novel, or even RnB Fridays! Hope you are enjoying our feed and if there is something you want to know more about, please be in touch!
