The biggest mistake we see trainees make is program hopping. Jumping from program to program every couple of weeks in search of the ‘secret’ method derails more people’s progress than just about anything.
We spent years doing this in my early years of training. One month we’d do 6-12-25, the next it’d be 5x5, the following 10x10, and so on. We’d make complete overhauls to the program with the belief that ‘switching it up’ would trigger new muscle growth each time.
How wrong were we. Back then, training principles were driven by dogma with no grounding principles. If there was one thing we could tell our 18 year old selves in regards to training, it’d be to stick to ONE plan, and milk it for what it’s worth.

Pemanasan olahraga merupakan tahapan penting untuk meningkatkan suplai oksigen dan menaikkan suhu otot agar lebih hangat. Pemanasan olahraga mempersiapkan diri kita secara mental dan fisik sebelum melakukan aktivitas fisik berat dan jika dilakukan dengan benar dapat meningkatkan performa kita saat melakukan olahraga inti
Manfaat melakukan pemanasan:

1. Meningkatkan temperatur otot. Otot yang hangat akan berkontraksi lebih cepat dan rileks lebih cepat pula, ini meningkatkan kekuatan serta kecepatan otot
2. mempersiapkan peregangan otot-otot saat melakukan olahraga inti
3. Melebarkan pembuluh darah. Pembuluh darah yang lebih lebar membuat beban jantung tidak terlalu berat dan mengurangi hambatan aliran darah
4. Meningkatkan temperatur darah. Saat suhu darah naik maka kemampuan keter ikatan oksigen pada hemoglobin akan menurun sehingga lebih mudah untuk dilepaskan pada sel-sel otot
5. Perubahan hormonal – tubuh akan meningkatkan produksi berbagai hormon yang berhubungan dengan proses produksi energi. Selama pemanasan ini keseimbangan hormon membuat lebih banyak karbohidrat dan asam lemak tersedia untuk produksi energi
6. Persiapan Mental – pemanasan juga waktu yang baik untuk mempersiapkan mental untuk membersihkan pikiran, meningkatkan fokus, meninjau strategi

Hattet ihr schon mal eine Sportverletzung?
Heyho Freunde,
habt ihr alles im Griff? Wenn ja kann die neue Woche ja starten.
Also ich muss ja sagen *aufHolzklopf*, dass ich mich noch nie richtig verletzt habe.
Gerade hatte ich mir ja ein paar Wirbel ausgerenkt und immer mal mit dem impingement Syndrom in der Schulter zu kämpfen. Auch hatte ich mal eine entzündete Patella- und Bizepssehne, aber toitoitoi noch nichts Schlimmeres.
Daher finde ich es auch wichtig, bedacht und gezielt zu trainieren und nicht nur zu ballern wie ein Blöder.
Saubere und langsamere Ausführung, das Gewicht mal halten, nicht allzu sehr abfälschen und nicht mit Schwung arbeiten oder den Muskel überdehnen.
Damit fahre ich recht gut ins mache mehr Fortschritte als früher, wo ich auch mal anders trainiert habe.
Wir sind Bodybuilder und sollten das Gewicht als Mittel zum Zweck nutzen.
Anders als ein Gewichtheber, bei dem nur das bewältigte Gewicht zählt.

Voici ma séance pull N°1 de mon programme PUSH/PULL/LEGS (PPL) 😊
.
▪️Qu'est-ce que le PPL ?
Le split push/pull/legs est un programme de musculation qui divise le corps en 3 groupes : les muscles du haut du corps, capables de pousser (push), les muscles du haut du corps, capables de tirer (pull), et les jambes (legs). Chaque groupe est entraîné séparément, pendant une séance qui lui est réservé 🙏
.
▪️La séance « push » permettra d'entraîner les muscles du haut du corps impliqués dans des exercices de poussée. Cela inclut principalement la poitrine, les épaules et les triceps ✅
.
▪️La séance « pull » permettra d'entraîner les muscles du haut du corps impliqués dans des exercices de tirage. Cela inclut principalement les muscles du dos et les biceps✅
.
▪️La séance « jambes » permettra d'entraîner le bas du corps dans son ensemble. Ce qui inclut principalement les quadriceps, les ischio-jambiers et les fessiers.✅
Derrière cela, les abdominaux seront probablement entraînés avec les jambes. Mais ils peuvent, en réalité, l'être à n'importe quelle séance👌

L’intérêt principal de séparer le corps de cette façon, c'est que les groupes musculaires connexes sont entraînés ensemble dans la même séance. Par exemple, les exercices composés pour la poitrine comme le développé couché solliciteront toujours les épaules et les triceps indirectement. Alors, si vous entraînez votre poitrine un jour, et les épaules et les triceps un autre jour, cela risque de poser des problèmes ❌
En jumelant tous les groupes musculaires qui sont stimulés indirectement durant les exercices pour d'autres groupes musculaires, le programme push/pull/legs règle ce soucis👍

Yesterday's max effort work: Bench 70%(225lbs) for 12reps. Deadlift 70%(315lbs) for 16 reps. Yesterday was one of those days. Started my workout in the morning at 11 running on only 3hours of sleep. Took a pre workout with about 400mg of caffeine before we started+plus some coffee so would I be more awake. During our first move one of my partners had an injury that sent them to the hospital so that was it for that workout for me. A couple hours/meals later I decided to go finish my workout with another lifting partner. Before that workout I took another 400mg of caffeine in so I was running on about a gram of caffeine, 3hours of sleep and adrenaline from some earlier events. Both lifts felt good in the end. Would have liked to have gotten more on both but I lost focus and started feeling like I would vomit on the deadlift after 16reps. All in all it was a good lifting day and I still hit some good numbers towards my goals so I'm thankful for that. SEANCE PULL N°1 . Voici ma séance pull N°1 de mon programme PUSH/PULL/LEGS (PPL) 😊 . ▪️Qu'est-ce que le PPL ? Le split push/pull/legs est un programme de musculation qui divise le corps en 3 groupes : les muscles du haut du corps, capables de pousser (push), les muscles du haut du corps, capables de tirer (pull), et les jambes (legs). Chaque groupe est entraîné séparément, pendant une séance qui lui est réservé 🙏 . ▪️La séance « push » permettra d'entraîner les muscles du haut du corps impliqués dans des exercices de poussée. Cela inclut principalement la poitrine, les épaules et les triceps ✅ . ▪️La séance « pull » permettra d'entraîner les muscles du haut du corps impliqués dans des exercices de tirage. Cela inclut principalement les muscles du dos et les biceps✅ . ▪️La séance « jambes » permettra d'entraîner le bas du corps dans son ensemble. Ce qui inclut principalement les quadriceps, les ischio-jambiers et les fessiers.✅ Derrière cela, les abdominaux seront probablement entraînés avec les jambes. Mais ils peuvent, en réalité, l'être à n'importe quelle séance👌 . L’intérêt principal de séparer le corps de cette façon, c'est que les groupes musculaires connexes sont entraînés ensemble dans la même séance. Par exemple, les exercices composés pour la poitrine comme le développé couché solliciteront toujours les épaules et les triceps indirectement. Alors, si vous entraînez votre poitrine un jour, et les épaules et les triceps un autre jour, cela risque de poser des problèmes ❌ En jumelant tous les groupes musculaires qui sont stimulés indirectement durant les exercices pour d'autres groupes musculaires, le programme push/pull/legs règle ce soucis👍 . Wirklich oft höre ich , dass viele sagen , dass das Gewicht eine entscheidende Wirkung beim Training hat und das fast das wichtigste ist , weil man ohne viel Gewicht nicht aufbaut. 🤔 Das ist absoluter Schwachsinn Leudingz , lasst euch da nichts Einreden. Klar spielt das Gewicht auch eine Rolle beim Training, aber wie ein großer Bodybuilder einmal sagte: Das Gewicht ist nur Mittel zum Zweck!!💯💯 Heißt also: nicht übertrieben viel Gewicht raufballern und dann mit Mühe und Not den einen rep schaffen und dann noch eure Gelenke kaputt machen und vorallem eine falsche ausführung hervorrufen , sondern lieber ein bisschen weniger Gewicht und dann saubere 6 bis 8 reps wenn es unbedingt schwer sein muss!!
