Nehéz szóhoz jutni egy ilyen látogatás után.
Ma este a „RÉS” Szociális és Kulturális Alapítvány-nál jártam, ahová a karácsony előtti kuglóf projektem eredményét hoztam el.
Sokáig gondolkoztam, hol lenne a legjobb helyen az a rengeteg pénzt, amit TI adtatok a kuglófokért cserébe és végül egy 14 éves ismerettség kapcsán, majd egy 14 évvel későbbi véletlenszerű találkozás után -és persze a munkásságát látván- úgy döntöttem, csatlakozom a #anoÁrmivagyunk projekthez és magát @noar_official-t (azaz Áront) megkérve juttatom el a pénzt arra a helyre, ami egy a sok közül Magyarországon és akiknek talán a legnagyobb szükségük lehet rá. Így jutottam el ide, egy hajléktalanszállóra.
Leírhatatlan amit ott hallottam, “kaptam”, jelen pillanatban még nehéz megszólalni.
Csak annyit kérek Tőletek kedves Barátaim, Ismerőseim, hogy ne ítélkezzetek első látásra és próbáljatok meg hálát adni azért, amitek van és ahogyan éltek! Na és még valamit...ezt a projektemet folytatom, kérlek, legyetek ugyanilyen segítőkészek, amikor arra kerül a sor!

I spent the last Saturday of 2018 with @lexisbill of Joy FM Drive Time Show and three other listeners to make presentations to Madam Asantewa another listener who called in to the show on Thursday 27th December 2018 to share her experiences throughout year 2018. She's a single parent who lost her Food Joint business during the construction of the Lapaz N1 highway in Accra and then became sick, resulting in her losing her sight in 2011. So for 7years she's been depending on hope for survival. It was great sharing in this experience. It taught me lessons of gratitude for the little things we have and take for granted. She had nothing for Christmas. So you can imagine her joy upon receiving the items from Lexis and the generous listeners who responded to the call for help. While working for the welfare of Vadodara city, volunteers at Happy Faces Vadodara reported that every year thousands of old, destitute and poor people die of cold. On the other hand, most of us let our old woollens lie in cupboards and suitcases, unused. Keeping in view of severe cold conditions in the city, Team HFV decided to set off a campaign “Winter of Hope” for underprivileged & economically weaker people of the city.

Happy Faces Vadodara ensured that no destitute or old person is deprived of warmth during winters. We collected around 8500 old/used clothes and other woollens from Vadodara and Ahmedabad by setting up teams of volunteers at various areas of these cities. A Successful campaign was executed to distribute the collected woollens on this Christmas.

Over 1200+ destitute were catered in 2 phases.

We would like to thank @elishakriis , a young dynamic and down to earth Hollywood celebrity to grace us by joining the team while distributing these clothes.

Special thanks to Aapka news for covering this beautiful event of sharing happiness.

This is Mahesh. He is the security guard of my apartment building. Mahesh
works tirelessly every night to ensure our building is safe and sound. With him awake every
night by the gate, all of us are able to get a good night’s rest without a worry in the world.
This December, I want to take a few minutes to appreciate what he does for my family and
everybody else in the building. To celebrate the Month of Sharing, I decided to give
Mahesh a small gift and thank him wholeheartedly.
This is my story that brought smiles into someone’s life. Someone who burns the midnight oil relentlessly but is not appreciated enough. This December let’s join Avenue11 of making someone happy.

'This is the season of giving and sharing and jolly as the our kids welcomed kids from Anmol Shiksha Kendra today, with all joy and happy smiles.

Our kids from all the level starting from Play group to Kindergarten then presented performances that they have been practising for the past week and all of the kids shared a hearty meal together.

Then all of us enjoyed the true spirit of the season as our kids gave away gifts that they had all gotten from home to all our guests and were happy and proud to see the smiling and excited faces as well.
The kids from Anmol Shiksha Kendra also brought us lots of creative gifts for us, their beautiful Christmas tree made from Match sticks and superb Santa hats too!

A truly Merry Christmas Indeed!
