Who is guilty of making excuses as to why they cannot start working on a #goal? 🙋‍♀️I know I am.
I've been talking myself out of why I cant do a particular thing. I've been talking myself out of moving forward by using excuses like: I dont have the #finances or If I only had #support
And what I was really saying is #God I dont trust you even though you gave me this vision and you said you will supply all of my needs and give me the desires of my heart. I wasn't operating in #faith.
I self-sabtoge because of my fear of the 'what if'
What if I fail? What if I go broke? What if I can't meet expectations? Etc.
If there is anyone else out there in this mindset it is time to trust the process and keep going. God will order your steps and place the right people in your path and open the doors you have no way of opening on your own.

Everything you do today is a result of your personality, your motivations and your habits.

So it follows that, if you adopt a certain set of habits in life, you can make yourself be successful.

Here’s a good start.
1. Visualise your success.

Think about the future you want and visualise it.

Successful people focus on their vision of success and constantly have to aim and graft for. Unsuccessful people often think about what they can’t have, can’t get and can’t succeed at.

Be positive. Keep focused. Be the master of your own success.

2. Be 100% committed.

Successful people are committed to achieving what they really want in their life, are you?

Are you willing to sacrifice your time and your energy to get what you want in your life?

Very (very) few people succeed in life by meer chance. Most people have to work hard, be committed and make real sacrifices to get ahead.

Stop wishing for a miracle and start building your own.

3. Don’t let your comfort zone hold you back.

Many people are afraid to change. It makes them feel unsure and insecure.

Super-successful people thrive in times of change. They’ll take the risks that other people aren’t willing to – and no, they may not always work out. But when they do, they reap the rewards.

Do something different!

That was my challenge to myself this week.
🇲🇽⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How many friends do I have that look different, think different, have a different cultural background and/or have different belief systems.
🇲🇽⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think I’m pretty lucky and have a wide span of friendships, but I can do better and expand my frame of reference for me and my family.
🇲🇽⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So tonight I took the girls to the cutest place. Now, this isn’t too far out of my comfort zone since #mexico has my heart and always will. But, we were the only people in the place that spoke English, the only ones with white skin, we totally stuck out - And we loved it!!!
🇲🇽⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s a little piece of Mexico in our backyard and they had the best food EVER - and the only place we know of that has thrifty ice cream, mangoes on a stick and horchata.

It’s the last of my Investing 101 series!! 📉📈 I hope you’ve enjoyed it 😀 I often get questions asking if you can invest while paying off debt - of course you can! BUT you need to be sure to have a debt payoff plan and be mindful of the type of debt you have. You also want to have certain things in place such as a budget and of course an emergency fund! Lastly, educate yourself!! You don’t need to be an expert on investing (I certainly am NOT) but a basic understanding will go a long way! .

We are moving. Second time in a year. ⁣

First time around I swore that I got rid of stuff. However due to downsizing from 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths to 1 bedroom and 1 bath 😅, I have seen just how much stuff one can accumulate/keep/hoard.⁣

More space means filling the empty. I've been yo-yo-ing between happy, sad and flabbergasted at the amount of stuff I have.

Perspective: ⁣

I can't imagine being a retired parent, living in a house with 20 or 30 years and having to choose between those memories and possibly a debt-free (sell house, use money to pay debts) or income generating (rent it/hack it). ⁣
*⁣
There's got to be a lot of feelings around thier hopes and dreams, memories of family, love and loss.⁣
*⁣
For some of you this type of decision is Black and White.⁣
*⁣
But remember, this is not about you. ⁣
*⁣
Take a minute. ⁣
*⁣
Look at thier life, hopes and dreams. ⁣
*⁣
Choose how you want to approach a potential solution with them. ⁣
*⁣
Lead with that intention. ⁣

Not what's best for you.⁣

Drive a convo of independence and choice.⁣

Don't drive them away from you.⁣

I WAS TIRED OF BEING BROKE, LATE PAYMENTS AND NEVER GETTING AHEAD!

No matter how much money you make, it doesn't matter if you don't know how to save. I know many people who don't make much but they budget, save, keep up with their credit and are better off than people making over 60k a year. I knew that once I accomplished a few milestones, I wanted to help people also reach financial stability.

It doesn't matter if you have a luxury car vs a regular car. You both have a car.

It doesn't matter if you have 6 figure job vs a 40k job. You both have the opportunity to gain wealth or lose wealth.

It doesn't matter if you have a million dollar house vs a townhouse. You both own property.

You get what I'm saying? Your goal should always be : How can I be financially stable?

Financial stability looks different to many people and I am in the business to help people achieve it.

The first phase of my business is to help others to budget.
I'm starting here because this is the bread and butter of financial stability. You MUST learn to work with the money you already have. I have opened up an etsy shop where I am selling budget spreadsheet templates that I have used on a monthly basis. It is so simple to use, which is why I was able to stick to it. This template has helped me pay my bills on time, save money and not feel like I am without. I have designed a spreadsheet for people who get paid monthly, twice a month, bi-weekly or weekly.
