Many of my recent #memories were brought to life through meeting #badass #travelnurses ! One of my most cherished photographs comes from my second overnight #backpacking trips ever, on the #westrimtrail in #zionnationalpark with @kimcarpenter. #aesthetics aren’t the only pleaser of this trail. #hikingtips , this trail leads down to #angelslanding if you start from #lavapoint . Which means you can avoid the monotonous 3 mile #switchback concrete climb. We hit views of #wildcatcanyon , #camped , dropped through Potato Valley, and concluded with #views of Phantom Valley and a half mile climb up to Angels Landing. #zion , #placeofpeace , named a #nationalpark in 1919 has brought ample opportunity to individuals over thousands of years.
