Was soll ich dazu sagen?

Mein Pferd liebt Bälle....💜💜 oder Spielzeug.

Er hat in seiner Box einen Lederball, auf dem Paddock einen Spielball, in der Halle, leider hat dieser das zeitliche gesucht zum 3 male, an der Farbe konnte es nicht liegen, von blau, rosa und grau, er macht keinen Unterschied. Er hat eine Tonne, sogar ein Quitsche Huhn hatte er. Frisbeescheibe ist auch toll. Und diverse kleinere Bälle. Mein Bruder verdreht schon immer die Augen, wenn er fragt, wo sein Ball ist und ich sag Emry🤣 Autoreifen, kann man auch toll werfen, man sollte nur außer Reichweite stehen. Einen Wasserschlauch hat er auch in der Box.👀 Ja, seit gute 1.5 Jahre begleiten uns irgendwelche Spielutensilien. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Habt ihr noch Ideen an Spielzeug? Spielen eure Pferde auch?

Und nicht nur die Pferde haben Spaß 😁😁. Wenn wir kommen, freut sich auch immer ein 🐶🐕. Der ist genauso verrückt, wie Emry hinter Bällen her.

Growing everyday. And adding at least as much in confidence. She is hella fast with those hind quarters... todays situation: I had the foodbowl and was about to bring it to Florines feeding station- but she sticked to me the second I entered the paddock - like suuuuper close and impatient - so I wanted her to give me some space. Aggravatingly there is nothing greater for Florine than food as she is at the edge of starving (see picture) everyday, allday 😂 well I wanted space and the black monster wanted food. So when I asked her to move she stomped her front hoof in a little buck - how outrages of me to ask such a thing! 😂 As I asked her again to make space she turned and it felt like one of those revolver scenes in a cowboy movie: who is faster *dramatic music* - well luckily she did not kick 😅 but as she clearly was trying to move me away from her food I, of course, did not leave it to her! Well I am very stubborn and love my space - so I move and do not get moved. Well so I took the food with me again, grabed a whip and entered the arena one more time 🥊🥊
Placing the foodbowl on the ground and having the tiger(Florine) approaching I stood there ready for a fight - jk - i stood there with my lovely whip that has the effekt of giving you an ego boost as if you stood there holding Excalibur itself + an almost two meter range 🤩 The black pearl realized me being very sure of my intention of her not touching that bowl until I allow so. A little circling around me and that bowl and the fronts were clear. But how sassy is a young mare 🙃 Memo: no situation is small enough for an unpredictable black mare - breath and be sure what you want when encountering! 🐯🐏

A couple days ago I went to koko I did some free jumping with her and she anjoind it!🥰

Today I rode on her and she was amazing😍
Before I started I found a birth with a broken wing verry sad but its the nature🤷🏼‍♀️
so I placed him out the ring and let the nature do his thing😭

Vandaag heb ik op dr gereden en ze was echt geweldig😍
Voordat ik begon met rijden vond ik een vogeltje in de bak met een gebroken vleugel heel zielig maar de natuur🤷🏼‍♀️ Dus ik heb hem naast de bak neer gezet en laat de natuur zijn werk doen😭

Horses always have a way of bringing out the best in everyone.

The clips are from my ground work session with Winston from a couple of days ago. So, as an explination of my body language, I am being very exaggerated and eventually I will reduce it to very subtle cues. .
In the first clip, you will see I am really ducking and looking at his hind end to get him to come into me and stop. But he is just ignoring me. So then I pull in the halter and he just tries to walk through it and so then grabbed his attention and making him back up and shaking the rope. And then I make him stsnd still and think about it for a while. .

After about another 15 minutes of making sure his attention was on me and doing alot of desensitization with the stick ( trowing the string over his back and smacking it on the ground with no force towards him) We took a short break of about two minutes for him think about everything, and then went back to some review of what we just worked on. In the second video you can see he is softer in the halter, he is listening to what I ask him, more focused, and at the end is standing really still when I ask him to stop. While he is still a little hesitant to come in as soon as I ask, I was very proud of his improvement!

Hopefully all of this ground work right now will help us build a grester partnership when we start working more undersaddle. First this weather has to clear up! 😂

Oh yes

Diese wunderschönen Steigbügel von @jin_stirrup_deutschland sind bei uns eingezogen😍
Ich musste sie direkt ausprobieren und muss sagen sie sind perfekt. Endlich hab ich einen Steigbügel, der den Grip hat den ich gesucht habe und das ich den Fuß nicht mehr schräg auf die Trittfläche stelle, sondern gerade.
Sorry für die dreckigen #Stiefelletten. *Werbung*
Die #Steigbügel sind von @reitzeuch, vielen lieben Dank für eure Geduld zu den ganzen Fragen von mir.
Sie haben extra für mich den Dressage und den Anatomic Steigbügel ausgemessen, weil ich unschlüssig war, welchen von beiden.
Also hier der Unterschied: Der Anatomic ist knapp 150g leichter. Der Dressage ist 5cm tief. Das sind 1,5cm weniger als der Anatomic. Danke nochmals für die Bilder und den ganzen Infos. Vielleicht hilft es jemand anders auch weiter.
