Knowledge is more than being viewed as an authority or expert on a subject. 🤓🧐 I’ve seen it with coaches, leaders and SMEs (subject matter experts) who view themselves as an authority and who will not bend in their thoughts or opinions - what they think is their “knowledge”. But TRUE knowledge is *knowledge sharing*, which is defined as the EXCHANGE of information. Not a 1-way street, but rather a flow and multi-directional transfer of information. We learn more when we can see another perspective. We learn more when an idea or thought challenges us to creatively solve a problem. We learn when we bounce ideas off of each other and we all further dive into our understanding of something. Knowledge is not measured by self-proclaimed woke-ness or expertise. True KNOWLEDGE is measured by the ability to get in the arena and collaborate in a way that grows and develops everyone involved, even the “expert”. What is you favourite way to share?? Obviously one of mine is IG Stories 🤗 Always feel free to DM me to further discuss so I can learn more, too!
