Food is medicine, every 7 years or so every cell in our body has been replaced with a new cell so we are what we eat. If you want to feel good stay away from processed foods especially fast foods and i hate to say it but all meat products are actually bad for us. Meat and dairy is the cause of most infections in our body and they ruin our microbiom which is the different kinds of beneficial bacteria that we are actually colonating in our bodies if we eat the right things. When we eat the wrong things for our microbiom the bad bacteria takes over and also breaks down our intesinal lining leading to whats known as leaky bowel syndrome meaning small amounts of our half decayed food that is litteraly passing into the rest of our bodies and the main cause that leads to the multitude if health issues we commonly see today. Not to mention the negative environmental effects and water usage associated with raising animals is unsustainable for all life on the planets to carry on, I still havent fully given up on meat but i intend to as i have been working on leaning off the cravings but the more i learn the more i become disgusted by it. Just know that the meat industry are the ones that wrote the dietary guidelines and the new ones today are being rewritten by a former corn syrup lobbyist so you cant always trust the information we have been thinking is valid all our lifes. Я, наверное, сегодня умру😀😄 с этой едой. Опять же разговор о #deliveryclab Доставка из #McDonald's Но как бы я не ...не что я..с мамой поговорила, забыла, что хотела сказать. Короче, как мне кажется МакДак мне ближе. По вкусу. Может я запоздала с теорией отзывов, но уж, чего чувствую, то говорю. Наверное, я скептик. А я скептик, который еще ни хрена ничего не съел! Заказанное оборудование еще не пришло, я достала хлипенький штатив, в котором даже нет поворотной шарнирной головы...меня пора реанимировать от стресса😄 😨 И не надо спрашивать -мол подождать нельзя? Нельзя! У меня время не ждет! Гамбургеры сдуваются😄 Этот штатив тысячасемнадцатого года всетаки чтото отработал. Свет убийственный.. Единственное рабочее средство мобила. Wi-Fi так и нету. Еще ктото звонит, пишет...но произведения от McDonald's я всеравно представлю вашему вниманию. Еще эти нерусские аббривеатуры...они у меня на салфетке написаны ручкой...и когда я вздыхаю от обреченности стольких энергетических затрат...салфетка, как парус в Средиземном море, улетает и мне приходится ловить её со стола...
Раз в два месяца я люблю МакДак. Я это доказала в конце концов!
ПыСы: соусы МакДака очень люблю. Дырочки в доске-это новые сверла по дереву проверяла😊

RECYCLE♻: You won't✋ever have to buy a notebook📒again!!! Make your own vintage🗿 notebook using brown paper bags🛍you get groceries🛒in

STEPS:
1) Cut✂brown paper bags into single sheets📃of same size
2) Neatly stack🗃the papers and fold them into half📜
3) Open the fold and staple/sew🔗along the crease in the center📖of the paper stack

You can get creative💡and make a paper back📙as well for your notebook
STEPS:
1)Take two✌pieces of cardboard🚪or magazine cover of same size🚪🚪as your note book sheet to serve as the front and back of the notebook📕
2) Cut✂a cardboard piece of same length as the other two pieces🚪🚪but breadth📏same as the thickness of your notebook.(a few cms thicker prefered)
3)Place them on the center🎯a brown paper with slimmer piece in between the two identical pieces🚪📏🚪and paste using glue
4) Fold the extra edges📜of the brown paper and stick on the cardboard to cover🤗it
5) Paste📩the notebook on the paper back just created
