It’s natural to care about what other people think. We’ve been well trained. Now it’s time to buck the system 😁.
When I can’t sleep because my busy mind wakes me up and starts yammering, I pay attention to what it’s ruminating about. Often , the messages have something to do with a change that needs to happen. So I take note and promise myself to address it. Sometimes it’s helpful to see insomnia as a gift 😊
